When you visit www.esoular.com online shop, click [ Add to Cart ] button below the product to purchase the item, and then the product will appear in your shopping cart. To complete the purchasing process, click [ Checkout ] to enter the checkout page. In the checkout page, it will show you clearly the information of the products you purchased. If the information is correct, you may input your member information and delivery details, choose the payment method and then click [ Confirm and Pay ] to enter the payment process. After the payment process is completed, you will return to the website with order number and message showing your transaction is completed successfully. At the same time, you will receive am email from eSoular informing you the transaction details and the order details you placed.

Do I have to pay import tax?
Import tax policy is always different from country to country and it is subject to local tax bureau of the country. Customers are advised to check with local tax bureau regarding the relevant tax issue before you proceed to do online shopping. eSoular is not responsible for any import tax. If the order is refused due to custom tax or duties issues , you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and administration fee of 15% of the total products price. It takes about 14 - 21 working days for returning the parcel, re-delivery or refund can only be made after we received the undelivered parcel.

How to make payment? How do I know the transaction has been successful and my order has been confirmed? 
Inside the checkout page you can choose the payment method including Visa / Master, UnionPay, Alipay and Paypal. Press [ Confirm and Pay  ] to enter the payment process. After the transaction has been made successfully you will return to eSoular website. Could I cancel the order when the order has been confirmed?
We are so sorry to inform that there would not be able to change product that you select and delivery address. If you wish to cancel the order after the transaction has been made, we will charge 3% as the administrative fee. If you wish to cancel the order when the delivery has just been made, we will charge 15% as administrative fee and postage fee.

How could I know my ordering status?

What should I do if I want to change ordered products?
eSoular provides customers with '7-days stocks guranteed warranty' (from the date of receipt), customer can contact us within 7 days after receiving the product if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be changed.

  1. Customer need to apply stock change through email within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  2. All customers including local or overseas customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be changed.
  3. Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.
  4. On-sale products, redemption products and gifts or premiums cannot be changed or returned.
  5. If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, eSoular will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
  6. If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, he/she can notify us through email within 7 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details.  If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.
  7. We will not accept change or return of any unpacked products or used products.
  8. eSoular reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.
